Yo wassup Ben here Yo! As u can see Izwan Has posted a post about The cross country tips And i also wanna give some :D Okay As for him he has stamina and speed which Mostly (U gotta Agree on this) forwards are usally Slow and big size. Which might be hard for them to run or have stamina. Just like me ;) So 1st is get enough sleep for tmr run 2nd in the morning The best for u is to eat a beard. But not a big one Just a small one if u're feeling super hungry. But if ur not so hungry Just eat some fruist 1st choice for me is Papayah 2nd is Apple :D And Drink 1L of Water before one hour when the run starts Its to dihidrate ur Body and When u run Make sure u move ur Arms And DO NOT LOOK down to breath Cuz it kinda Stop the throat like bending it to each other so it has small place to take in air And If u can push urself Try to Im not saying you must Its all up to yourself Once u Reach to a point where ur thoart starts to dry up I suggest u take a slipp of water and SWALLOW IN THE THROAT SLOWLY I repeat Slowly. Cuz it helps to clear the Dryness in ur throat And after a while it will come back But mostly people Breath THROUGH their nose Not mouth sometimes ur throat might be dry so yeah Im just saying =3 And Also Monday there's Training. Please Please Please come -.- see the Rugby Video? It aint that hard yknw. So do come. I guess thats all for the day? Well im helping the Forwards As Khai is helping the Back aka the Runners. Forward Aka the Basher? Im so random. Okay Bai see u guys next training.

Tomorrow is our cross country 10. Let me just give you some tips to keep you going and energized for tomorrow.
Before you sleep, do no eat heavy food. Just a mini bun or bread will do for supper. And then make sure you get enough sleep for the day of the event. Early in the morning, eat breakfast but no coffee and cup noodles. Stretch yourselves 15 mins before the race. Drink plenty of plain water and eat lots of fruits 2 hours before the race. Bananas are HIGHLY recommended. Don't ask why but you won't feel any gut ache. But when you are running and all of a sudden you feel a sharp gut pain, don't stop or walk. Jog instead and if you have a bar of chocolate, eat it so your gut will be less sensitive. And do not drink alot of water when you suddenly stop on the spot after you run when you haven't end the race yet. Wear a good pair of shoes that is multi-terrain. If not, a normal shoe will do (School shoes are too risky because of the terrains, that will lead to torn shoe etc.). Also wear good pair of socks and small pe shirt. If you are wearing big pe shirt, high chance of it will make you slower because of the airflow that will flow towards you. Tight-fit pe shirt is the best.
That's all i can say. Remember never to give up even though you're tired. Give it a 110% good run or jog. And always help those ruggers who are failing. Keep them motivated. Good luck to all ruggers and Mr Rethi.

Wassup yo! Ben Here to Update Agian..... Next time i want other people ah :) Okay So Trianing Today Was Normal. Everyone Had Fun at the end and Yeah It was hell of a Game And On Friday there will be A Friendly Game for the Sec 1s So Yeah Serniors If u wanna come Please come :) But we must all wear the same uni Okay? And Lastly Mr Rethi also mention that Ms Heng Is gonna take charge of Rugby So Yeah.... dont think so much yeah? LOL And Mr Rethi promised the team that we gonna have Pizzaaaaa on Monday! Wooo And It also meannnnsss!!!! NO TRAINING ON MONDAY NEXT WEEK!!! Im just kidding LOL Okay So Yeah thats it. and Please DO UPDATE THIS BLOG WHEN UR BORED OR WHEN U SHOULD!!!
